SMS Verification Guide
If you didn't receive your verification code, this guide will help you find your SMS message
SMS Sender Numbers
Your verification code SMS will be sent from one of these numbers:
💡 Save these numbers in your contacts to easily find future SMS messages
⚠️Important: Unblock SMS
If you have previously sent an SMS cancellation command, send the number 12 to one of the above numbers to deactivate blocking and cancellation of SMS sending from the operator and enable you to receive SMS.
Open Your Messages App
First, open your phone's default messaging app:
- 📱 iPhone: "Messages" app with green icon
- 📱 Android: "Messages" or "SMS" app
Check Spam / Blocked Messages
📱 iPhone:
- Open "Messages" app
- Tap "Filters" at the top
- Check "Unknown Senders" or "Junk"
- Look for SMS from "BodySpinner" or sender number
📱 Android:
- Open "Messages" app
- Tap three-dot menu ⋮ in corner
- Select "Spam & blocked"
- Find your verification code SMS
Search for SMS
Use the search feature in your messaging app:
Search keywords:
Check SMS Settings
Make sure the following settings are enabled:
- ✅ Spam filter is not too strict
- ✅ International numbers are not blocked
- ✅ Phone storage is not full
- ✅ SIM card is working properly
Common Issues
Delivery Delay:
Sometimes SMS delivery can take up to 5 minutes. Please wait a bit.
Wrong Number:
Make sure you entered your phone number correctly.
Carrier Issue:
Some carriers block automated SMS. Contact your carrier.
